Is OpenArca self-hosted?

Yes. Docker Compose setup is available in the main app repository.

Is this repository the Enterprise edition?

No. This is Open Core. Enterprise modules are kept as separate private extensions.

How are features gated?

By edition and feature_flags, exposed via /api/settings/capabilities.

Can users access all tickets?

No. Standard users can access only owned tickets. Developers can access global ticket views.

Is AGPL-3.0 suitable for companies?

Yes, if your legal/compliance model supports AGPL obligations for network-deployed modifications. For private Enterprise code, keep it in a separate repository and apply legal review.

How do I verify a production-like baseline quickly?

Run quality gates from Operations: Quality Gates, then execute OTP + ticket + board + DevTodo smoke flow.
