User Guide
What users can do
- Login with OTP.
- Create tickets with optional attachments.
- View own tickets in My tickets.
- Open ticket detail and add comments.
- Upload additional attachments to owned tickets.
What users cannot do
- Access developer-only views (Board, DevTodo, Admin).
- Edit tickets after execution starts (ticket lock).
- Read internal comments.
Better ticket quality
For faster resolution, include:
- clear summary,
- expected vs actual behavior,
- reproducible steps,
- environment details,
- evidence (screenshots/logs).
