User Guide

What users can do

  • Login with OTP.
  • Create tickets with optional attachments.
  • View own tickets in My tickets.
  • Open ticket detail and add comments.
  • Upload additional attachments to owned tickets.

What users cannot do

  • Access developer-only views (Board, DevTodo, Admin).
  • Edit tickets after execution starts (ticket lock).
  • Read internal comments.

Better ticket quality

For faster resolution, include:

  • clear summary,
  • expected vs actual behavior,
  • reproducible steps,
  • environment details,
  • evidence (screenshots/logs).
