Tutorial: User Ticket End-to-End
Goal: submit a high-quality ticket and collaborate until closure.
Step 1: OTP login
- Request OTP code.
- Verify OTP and enter app.
Step 2: Create ticket
- Add clear title and description.
- Include expected vs actual behavior.
- Attach evidence if available.
Expected result:
- ticket appears in
My ticketswith statussubmitted.
Step 3: Follow updates
- Open ticket detail.
- Track status changes (
verified,in_progress,waiting, etc.).
Step 4: Respond to developer requests
- If status becomes
waiting, add requested details. - Keep comments focused and reproducible.
Step 5: Review closure summary
- On
closed, read closure summary comment. - Reopen via team process if issue persists.
