Tutorial: User Ticket End-to-End

Goal: submit a high-quality ticket and collaborate until closure.

Step 1: OTP login

  • Request OTP code.
  • Verify OTP and enter app.

Step 2: Create ticket

  • Add clear title and description.
  • Include expected vs actual behavior.
  • Attach evidence if available.

Expected result:

  • ticket appears in My tickets with status submitted.

Step 3: Follow updates

  • Open ticket detail.
  • Track status changes (verified, in_progress, waiting, etc.).

Step 4: Respond to developer requests

  • If status becomes waiting, add requested details.
  • Keep comments focused and reproducible.

Step 5: Review closure summary

  • On closed, read closure summary comment.
  • Reopen via team process if issue persists.
